How to operate
Efficiently position the bucket on the weighing platform manually. The system detects the bucket's placement instantly, aligning the filling gun expertly.
Experience effortless filling as the system automatically inserts the filling gun into the bucket mouth, peels automatically, and engages the filling gun and ball valve group for seamless operation.
Witness precision at work with a four-stage filling process-large, medium, small, and trace quantities-each meticulously calibrated to achieve the target value. The intelligent filling gun then elevates outside the barrel smoothly.
After filling, manually transition the filled bucket to the lid lock area. The process is completed by pressing the [Lock lid] button.
Secure the contents with pneumatic locking cover, followed by manual palletizing for final product readiness.
